REBECCA GWYNNE
REBECCA GWYNNE is an award-winning director, producer and editor with 15 years of experience in film and television. For eight years, Gwynne worked for MTV On-Air Promotions, directing, producing and/or editing upfronts, psa's, and promos for such clients as the GAP and Neutrogena. She co-produced and edited Translating Genocide, a documentary for mtvU about refugees from Darfur, which won two Emmys and a Beacon Award. In 2006, she launched Bella Rose Films, a production company that features both documentary and narrative work; the short film, Zoe's Day (Michael Kelly and Ruby Jerins), was nominated for several prestigious awards and won Best Short at the Everglades International Film Festival in South Africa. In 2007 Gwynne began editing reality television. Some of her credits include: Lead editor on MTV's My Super Sweet Sixteen, MADE, and a new show for TLC, The Jeff Leathem Experience.
Rebecca is the recipient of a BFA in film, video, and animation from the Rhode Island School of Design.
